The legislative act changed in appendices No. 3 and No. 7 to the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013” the name of the budget programme in order to extend directions of subvention use from the state budget to local budgets for capital repairs of centralized water supply and sewage (by supplementing it with the following types of work: new construction and reconstruction of the objects of the abovementioned systems).
The abovementioned subvention was approved by the law in the sum of UAH 440 mln. The procedure and conditions for its provision are determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 11.02.2013 No. 109.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2339.
